It’s been over 2 years since playing with @aliciakeys for Queen Charlotte’s Global Orchestra, and I am STILL in love with the @bridgertonnetflix vibe.
So imagine my SHEER JOY when @ciannassmile invited me to perform a full Bridgerton inspired setlist for their Bridgerton Experience Gala last weekend??!!? 😍🤩😍🤩😍 Cianna’s Smile is a charity based on something very close to my heart. 🩸
1 hour of music from the hit tv series, and all completely re-written for solo cello/cello with backing tracks. I think the best moment was playing Beyoncé’s “Halo”, and the majority of guests just stopping what they were doing to watch and film it… 😂🥰
Anyway, I’ve decided I would like to have more chairs like this around my (albeit tiny) home, and I will seriously find a way to wear this dress to my local Tesco or Sainsburys. I don’t mind, I’m not fussy… 👀😜
Huge thanks to everyone involved (and to the people who recommended and referred me, ahhhhh I am so grateful for you ❤️🥹😭), it was such a beautiful start to the evening!
